The Job
Involving and handling recruitment, selection and induction function
Handling Employee training and development functions
Maintain and update employee personal Files, EPF ETF docs, Training and development records
Handling Employee welfare
Overseeing performance management and employee relation
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies
The Person
A Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or equivalent Professional Qualification in Human Resource
Management from a recognized institute/university would be an added advantage
Written and verbal communication skills, report writing skills etc.
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in similar capacity
